You’ve seen the “Instagram vs. Reality” content—I’m here to show you more of the reality side of things. I’ve visited over 30 countries, and trust me, not everything is as “insta-worthy” as social media may seem. My goal is to inspire you, but not with filtered, photoshopped content, but through a real, unfiltered lens.

My background is in Photojournalism, where it was drilled into our heads that Photoshop is the devil! Our job as journalists was to tell the authentic story exactly how it happened, not in whatever way would get the most “likes.”

That’s my goal with Faraway Footprints. I want to show you the world for REAL, and tell a true story. Follow along to see the world how it really is and not how we wish it was.
